BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT DESIGN AND EXERCISING
Emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic, many organisations are asking what next? We can work with you to discover where your vulnerabilities lie - perhaps its a key person, a building, or an ICT system, that if there was a failure, there would be detrimental or even catastrophic consequences.
We work through a process aligned to ISO 22301: Security and Resilience to undertake a vulnerability assessment, business impact analysis, and work with you to develop basic or comprehensive business continuity governance arrangements and plans including communications plans. We can also support the design of small exercises to be conducted throughout the year to practice for these events!

Our unique lessons process sets you up for success. We apply an approach that is in line with the Australian Institute of Disaster Resilience Handbook - Lessons Management to collect observations from all of your operational prevention, preparedness, response and recovery activities to form themed insights and lessons identified.
We work with you to develop systems for your organisation to make meaningful changes to turn those lessons identified into lessons learned, once they have been tested through exercising, and operational application to then work back to the root cause and determine treatment options. We have a range of simple to use tools which you can use throughout the year to maintain your cycle of continuous improvement!
